McTech was appointed as design-build contractor for a gated residential estate comprising multiple villas and shared amenities, with a focus on sustainable engineering and contemporary design.

The developer required a single point of accountability for design, approvals, construction, and handover, with strict quality and aesthetic standards and a clear programme.
